Autism Support: Individuals and Families
Our Autism Support is designed to be flexible and responsive. We begin with a free introductory session so you can see if we’re the right fit. From there, we offer tiered options that provide different levels of input — from focused starting strategies to continuous, in‑depth support. Whatever you choose, our approach is compassionate, evidence‑based, and tailored to your needs.
Tier One: Core
Focussed sessions, no extras
- 50-Minute online sessions
- Choose between 2 or 4 sessions per month
- No between session contact
- 2 sessions £100 per month
- 4 sessions - £200 per month
Tier Two: Connected
Sessions and follow-up support
- 50 - minute online sessions
- Choose between 2 or 4 sessions per month
- Follow-up email after each session
- Email contact during working hours
- 2 Sessions - £120 per month
- 4 Sessions £240 per months
Tier Three: Continuous
Weekly sessions and in the moment support
- 50-minute online sessions (4 per months)
- Follow-up email after each session
- Email contact during working hours
- WhatsApp Check-ins (08:30 - 18:00 Mon-Fri)
- £300 per month
Training & Workshops
Bespoke sessions designed to build confidence and inclusive practice. Topics include autism, PDA, eating disorder adaptations, and inclusive communication. Sessions are tailored to your team’s needs and sector context.
Cost: £500 half‑day | £850 full‑day
Consultancy & Pathway Design
Independent consultancy to strengthen services and systems. We support with service audits, pathway design, policy review, and implementation planning — embedding lived experience and best practice at every stage.
Cost: £750 per day
Speaking & Advocacy
I contribute to conferences, panels, guest lectures, and media commentary, bringing both professional expertise and lived‑experience insight. These opportunities are often collaborative and mutually beneficial — sometimes involving a speaking fee, and other times negotiated through reciprocal arrangements such as event access or partnership opportunities.

Supervision & Staff Support
Specialist 1:1 or group supervision in Autism, PDA, and Eating Disorders. We co‑produce frameworks with staff and service users, ensuring support that is practical, reflective, and empowering.
Cost: £110 per hour | £600 block booking (6 hours)
